This
simple bell valance is a rectangular piece of fabric with the ends cut
to shape the tails. It is an unlined faux silk. It is banded on all sides
with a contrast color. Simple pinch pleats form the bells and contrast
buttons add a nice touch.
Simple
to make, yet elegant when mounted at the window. This valance can be hung
from rings on a decorative rod, decorative holdbacks or simple hooks in
the wall (to give it a floating look).
