Triple
swags on board. Mounted at ceiling height. Center swag is smaller than
others.
Panels
are also mounted directly to the board. To achieve this look, fabricate
the panels 2" longer than desired length. Fan fold, then spread the
folds out across the top (much like folding a jabot) to the desired finished
width, and secure to top of board with staples or velcro.
