These swags look unusual, but they are simple to fabricate.

Use your standard swag pattern - it should be very full. Cut the pattern out in lining, pin to the board, pinch the first 2-3 folds and bring them up and attach to the board at the center of the swag.

Sketch the outline of the picture area on the pattern.

When cutting the swag, center the fabric motif in the picture area drawn on the pattern.
