      Traditional
swags and cascades with a flair.
      These
swags are cut on the straight of grain. There is no need to be afraid
of cutting swags on the straight of grain if you have a good pattern.

      The
cascades are not cut on the straight of grain, but with the slant edge
following the stripe on the pattern. This gives the cascade a natural
banded edge and allows the stripes in the cascade to show all of their
        color.
      For
instructions on how to cut these cascades, go to Striped
        Cascades.
