This is a necklace swag. Mary Ann likes to call them cowl neck swags.

In this particular treatment, we added bells to either side of the swag and a lush boullion trim along the bottom edge.

Panels were pinch pleated and hung from iron rod with rings.

Very simple. Very elegant.
