Arched
pleated balloon valance. Decorative cording along top edge and coordinating
tassel trim along lower edge.
Each
face was cut separately, with the primary flower shifted on each face.
All pieces were cut to the same finished length. The shade was assembled
and pleated and laid out flat on the table. The arched template was placed
on top. The arch shape was traced, a seam allowance added, and cut away.
A waistband with velcro attaches it to the arch board.
