Playful Pals

A line of soft dolls which were constructed for years of loving abuse. Selling points included:

Completely washable. Doll was stuffed with quality polyester. Clothes and ribbons were cotton/poly blends, and hair was curled yarn.

Embroidered faces. No pieces to chew or tear off.

The little lady who started it all. First one was a doll for my toddler. She became an instant favorite, and still survives to this day. Dress was simple garment with ribbon trim, ruffled neckline and pantaloons underneath. The dress closed in the back with velcro. She had a full head of curly hair.	Best sellers. The Raggedy Ann & Andy dolls came in three different sizes. They are recognized and loved by all generations. These dolls had an 'I love you' heart embroidered on their chests. The clowns were especially fun. They also came in three sizes, and were extremely unique.

This little lady was very unique. During the day, she had big wide-awake eyes, a perky bonnet and a ruffled dress. At night, tip her upside down and out would emerge a sleepy companion in a flannel nightgown and cap.
